The VariFlow high pressure coolant system offers top of the line performance in a small package. A feeder pump is built into the unit which means no auxiliary pumps or strainers need to be used. This system comes equipped with our new Adaptive Flow Control. This control has a digital HMI which allows the user to input a very specific pressure. The VariFlow dynamically adjusts the speed of the pump to output the user-set pressure. This means that it automatically adjusts to different size orifices for different tools. There are many benefits to a system like this: less coolant foaming, much more energy efficient, greater control and more interfacing options. The control has 4 memory set points which can be accessed by the machine tool using spare m-codes.

A feeder pump is built into the unit which means no auxiliary pumps or strainers need to be used. This system comes equipped with our new Adaptive Flow Control. This control has a digital HMI which allows the user to input a very specific pressure. The UltraFlow dynamically adjusts the speed of the pump to output the user-set pressure. This means that it automatically adjusts to different size orifices for different tools. DT58

The DT58 is a bulletproof system with many great features. This system has a built in 40 gallon tank to give you extra coolant storage capacity. It uses a diaphragm style pump which allows for a much higher micron rating for the filtration. An open style filter/strainer (100-400 micron) is used to allow for even easier filter changes; just drop the strainer into place. The flow/pressure is electronically adjustable via the unit's variable frequency drive. This unit accepts multiple inputs, making it possible to have up to 3 different preset pressure/flow settings. The powder coated frame and diamond plate panels make this system durable and they give it an outstanding look.
