ABOUT US:
History
Industrial Coolant Systems, LLC manufactures high pressure coolant systems for machine tool applications. ICS is a relatively new company based out of Denver, Colorado with 35 years of combined experience in the Machine tool industry. As we continue to grow, we are expanding our network of dealers across the U.S. as well as internationally. We are dedicated in providing high performance, low cost products to the manufacturing industry.
About our High Pressure SystemsAll of our products are manufactured in house at our facility located in Denver, Colorado. Before shipment, each system is thoroughly tested. We take pride in providing our customers with the highest quality products. We stand behind our systems with an industry standard 1 year warranty. Replacement parts are always in stock and ready to ship out to keep you up and running.
We have the capability to build custom coolant systems to meet your specific requirements. Please visit our contact page and let us know what you have in mind. |
ABOUT HIGH PRESSURE COOLANT:
High pressure coolant is a great way to enhance your machine tool's performance. Adding a high pressure system from ICS can dramatically increase cutting speeds/feeds, prolong the life of expensive tooling, and decrease cycle times. H.P.C. has huge benefits on both milling and turning applications. Tooling companies such as Sandvik Coromant, have proven that when a high pressure coolant system is properly used, it can pay for itself in just months.
Benefits:
- Dramatically increased cutting speeds and feeds
- Prolong the life of tooling
- Decrease cycle times
- Greater chip control
- High performance deep hole drilling

Our high pressure systems can be added to virtually every machine tool on the market. High pressure coolant is often times thought to just be used on through spindle coolant applications, but there are many benefits to having a high pressure system on any machine tool. Before adding a high pressure system to your machine tool, it is essential to know if your machine will be able to handle h.p.c.. A common misconception with high pressure coolant systems is that you will be able to get high pressure with any tool/tool holder that you are using. This is not true. The pressure and flow are directly related to the "orifice size" of the nozzle the coolant is coming out of.
Small orifice size = High pressure, Low flow
Large orifice size = Low pressure, High flow
Small orifice size = High pressure, Low flow
Large orifice size = Low pressure, High flow
